Subject matter expert dealing with highly personal, confidential and sensitive information, utilizing SAP and PC applications to research and analyze inquiries, produce data, analyses, and various reports to support legal inquisitions and requests for confidential data, numerous HR reports, including those regarding legal compliance with federal and state employment laws, and various business unit requests. Analyze and process company-wide requests affecting all types of employee pay records, as well as organization structure. Manage data integrity, and educate/train HR personnel on key processes affecting SAP HR data.
3 years - SAP HR Module Experience (Preferred)
