Develops, establishes and maintains cost effective corporate product stewardship programs that provide appropriate instruction to safely handle and store CITGO intermediates and products for employees, customers, contractors and visitors. Develops, establishes and maintains policies and procedures that implement product stewardship responsibilities including maintaining SDS documents and management systems. Outlines criteria for inspections, training and incident investigations related to product stewardship requirements. Serves as corporate representative to selected professional associations and federal, state and local agencies. Plans and directs work, provides training, facilitates interaction with other work groups, establishes goals and objectives and sets performance criteria.
