Job Summary

Develop, test, monitor and analyze the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system/software. Develop and analyze profitability and volume impacts. Work with Lubricant management team to develop plans, presentation, objectives, and budgets for all of Lubricants. Provide extensive and detailed analysis of Lubricants profitability activity to support the Lubricants management team. Oversee various special projects and responsibilities related to the Lubricant business.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance. Economics or related, plus 8-10 years of experience.

 

Candidate must have:

  • Extensive SAP knowledge and computer skills, particularly, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Lubes experience preferred.
  • In depth analytical skills in problem solving of complex issues is required.
  • Interpersonal skills are necessary to develop, and maintain, positive relationships with customers and co-workers and senior management.
  •    Experience with Power Pivot and/or Power BI

The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 8-10 years.

 

 

Job Duties

 

  • Lead CRM efforts to ensure efficient use by internal employees and improve effectiveness of CITGO Lubricants team. Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Direct/provide analysis of daily and monthly activity for Lubricants business.  Support Managers for critical strategies, assist Lubricants Managers in development of annual budget and Medium Term Plan (MTP), track actual results vs. budget and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interaction with Pricing Optimization (PROS) support - assist in transition of lubricants daily reports into the PROS reporting application. Identify opportunities to use PROS to provide meaningful information to lubricants managers and sales staff.
  • Lead the effort to effectively retire legacy systems and ensure all aspects are addressed. (LIS)
  • Lead efforts for process improvement within the Lubricants organization. Create procedures and processes to improve the overall Lubricants business.
  • Work with Lubricant management to develop and monitor annual expense budget projections based upon internal and external factors.
