The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing support for Human Resources departmental functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing recruiting, staffing, and other reports as needed; job postings; maintaining personnel files; sending notifications; archiving old files, and processing invoices.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing business environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
1. Support the staffing function by assisting with job postings, maintaining contractor reports/notifications, updating/creating personnel files, processing candidate travel reimbursements, entering data into the vacancy filling form, managing the Staffing Services inbox, submitting new hire forms, and archiving interview packets.
2. Process departmental invoices.
3. Proofread documents/presentations.
4. Other duties as assigned.
