    Job Summary

    The primary function of this position is to create, analyze, and deliver information to Business Units and Management, by utilizing business process models and reports that assist these groups to meet their objectives.


    Collaborative interaction with the Business Units, Information Delivery Manager, IT, and the Mid-Office team is entailed to enhance or develop models.


    This position will understand and utilize CITGO reporting systems and software to aid implementation of projects and reports, and allow for in-depth analysis and logical, comprehensible result output.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • College Degree - Bachelors Level
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot charts
    • Financial analysis proficiency
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret multi-sourced data and present it in a summarized manner in various output formats
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with varied user groups
    • The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 2-5 years.

    Job Duties

    1. Import and compile financial and operational data from various sources, analyze and process the data, and create Financial and Operational reports and models that meet Business Units' and Management's needs. 
    2. Communicate and collaborate with the Business Units to understand their processes, requirements, and goals to aid in developing solutions that provide relevant, useful data presented in various output formats.  
    3. Identify gaps, impacts, and improvement opportunities in models and processes, present solutions, and implement and deliver changes.
    4. Work with the Information Delivery Manager, Mid-Office team, and IT in the development and testing of Financial and Business Unit Management models. Ensure the feasibility, value, accuracy, and success of the performance models for all stakeholders.  
    5. Collaborate with IT on joint solutions to best utilize SAP and BI in business projects. 
    6. Utilize software packages such as Excel, SAP, BI, Power BI, Access, etc. to develop and enhance business models.
