    Job Summary

    The Project Controls Manager is responsible for monitoring the overall productivity of the maintenance contractors and providing strategies to improve productivity.  This position develops performance standards to continually monitor the performance of the maintenance contractors.  This position leads weekly meetings with maintenance contractors to discover and correct inefficiencies and poor practices.  On a monthly basis, the Project Controls Manager determines where maintenance costs are being spent and where adjustments need to be made.  This position provides analysis and prioritizations for unforeseen events that require funding.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of job related experience

    *Advanced knowledge of Project Controls Methods and Procedures

    *Advanced knowledge of SAP

    *Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point


    Candidates must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)


    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card.

    *Must have current valid drivers license.*

    Job Duties

    *Develop, maintain, and update the Refinery Maintenance Cash Flow and Forecast.

    *Develop quantifiable metrics to identify variances and present recommendations on improvements.

    *Maintain the Refinery Maintenance Performance Indicators.

    *Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flows, financial reports, and other financial projections.

    *Coordinate the development of the Refinery Maintenance Budget.

    *Maintain the Refinery Maintenance Budget in SAP.

    *Develop, coordinate, and assist in controlling Internal Contractors Performance.

    *Oversee and review Turnaround cost controls.
