The Process Control Manager at CITGO Petroleum Corporation’s Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex is responsible for oversight of the Process Control Area within the Automation Department, which includes being responsible for selection, installation, application, and utilization of process control and optimization applications in the operating processes, and developing, implementing, and maintaining target performance for Advanced Process Control (APC) applications. This includes developing and executing plans for improving existing applications and implementing new APC, implementing long-term support strategies for the Alarm Management and HMI Programs and ensuring development and implementation of capital and non-capital APC improvements and applications that will generate operating earnings, reduce energy consumption and/or improve process stability.
