The Marketing / Customer Account Management (MCAM) Information Analyst is responsible for implementing business solutions that support CITGO’s business needs. As part of the MCAM team, the Analyst will be a key partner with the business users to provide business process analysis, process design, project planning, system development, implementation, and continued support of the desired business solution. The MCAM Analyst will work as a functional and technical analyst with SAP ECC6 as the primary technology platform, within the following SAP FI / SD sub-modules supporting: Finance, Marketing and Master Data Support.
Requires a minimum of eight years of SAP business analysis / configuration and ABAP developer experience. Strong working knowledge and integration requirements surrounding SAP SD and FI required. Strong working knowledge is demonstrated by understanding of master data configuration and operational requirements of batch file processing. Requires knowledge of strong general accounting principles. Requires knowledge of technical areas including ABAP, SAP Script, SMART Forms, BDC’s, BAPI, and batch reporting concepts. Worksoft test automation tool experience a plus.
