Job Summary

The Application Identity and Access Security Manager will ensure that authorized users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications.

  • Be responsible for all on-premises and cloud infrastructure which supports the company’s IAM system
  • Experience with Onboarding, Attestation automation. Preference with Sailpoint
  • Inspire IAM deliverables across multiple projects
  • Develop and implement an IAM program with policies and procedures.
  • Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Participates and assist in risk assessments and audits.
  • Assist the Manager of Cybersecurity in developing the enterprise IAM strategy.
  • Oversee and participates in the participate in the evaluation, development, recommendation and implementation of IAM technology products and platforms
  • Implement role-based and security-based entitlements model.
  • Drive strong functional and privileged ID management processes.
  • Experience is “Privilege User Management”. Preference with Delinea

 

Minimum Qualifications

Degree:

  • Bachelor's Degree or better in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:

  • 8 years.

List any specialized training or unique skills required:

  • Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) .
  • 5 years of experience in Azure/AD IAM or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions.
  • Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience with SQL databases and SailPoint preferred.
  • Experience in IT security or associated field.
  • At least three years of experience in a management role.
  • 3-5 years Azure Cloud security experience including MS PIM, Subscription, Management group, resource group and conditional access experience.

Job Duties

1.- 

  • Manage the activities of CITGO’s information security analysts in provision of their security services and the execution of their job duties. Set goals and priorities. Ensure all work is properly prioritized and goals are met. Plan and implement employee development. programs, employee evaluations, and monitor and direct performance.
  • Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management.
  • Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets.
  • Develop and automate processes accordingly.

2.- 

  • Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Budgeting, expense monitoring and oversight, and general administration.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents.
  • Assist in Incident Response. Manage, monitor, and resolve critical outstanding information security risk exposures. Reports to CITGO senior management, internal and independent auditors and the Board Audit Committee through the CISO on progress toward resolution.

3.- 

  • Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
  • Assist in Information Security risk assessments.
  • Respond to audit findings and implement remediation measures.
